天津意安消防设备有限公司是天津天利航空机电有限公司与意大利Eusebi Impianti 公司的合资企业,公司已经于2008 年6 月份取得惰性气体G100,IG55,IG541),HFC227 七氟丙烷,高压CO2 二氧化碳等六大气体灭火系统的国家固定灭火系统的型式检验报告。产品总成中的瓶头阀、单向阀、电磁型驱动装置、机械、气动型驱动装置、信号反馈装置、取气头、低泄高封阀、选择阀(及其配件)等主要部件都为意大利原装进口产品。 烘干、瓶头阀拆卸及装配、压力试验、(CO2、FM200,IG 系列)充气设备都是从国外成套引进的国际一流设备,厂房面积达10000 余平方米。

气体灭火系统
天津意安所生产的惰性气体灭火系统(20℃时,压力为15MPa)包括IG01氩气、IG100氮气、IG55氮气、氩气混合气体和IG541混合气体等四种灭火系统。
惰性气体灭火系统采用“全淹没”浸入式灭火原理,使空气中氧气浓度降至15%以下,使火势熄灭。
惰性气体灭火系统适用于扑救以下类型的火灾:
- 电器、电子设备火灾:
- 易燃、可燃气体及液体火灾:
- 固体火灾,如地板、吊顶;
- 高价值的设备和装置的建筑物(如CED,控制室等);
- 高要求的文化场馆(图书馆,博物馆等):
惰性气体灭火系统不适用于扑救以下火灾:
- 可在空气中迅速氧化的化学品或化学混合物,如硝酸纤维,火药等。
- 活性金属,如锂,钠,钾,镁,钛,铀,钚等。
- 自身可热分解的化学品,如某些有机过氧化物或氨化物。
灭火剂:
气、氮气是空气中的组成部分,无色、无味、无腐蚀,不导电,喷放后无残余。惰性气体是环境友好气体,其它优点如:
惰性气体不改变空气的化学性质;其GWP和ODP值均为0,就是不引起温室效应,不破坏臭氧层。惰性气体不与其他物质或混合物发生化学反应,使用后仍保持自身化学性质,不会对其它物质造成二次污染。在任何环境下,化学性质均不变。
惰性气体并非合成品;惰性气体的主要组分氩气和氮气在生产过程不使用化学试剂,无化学试剂残渣,均从绝干空气中提取,通过专用过程塔进行浓缩和液化。
生产惰性气体的耗电成本是可接受的;浓缩和液化的耗电成本大约为每立方米耗电1千瓦时,所生产的N2和Ar纯度较高,无需额外的提纯成本。

INERT GAS SYSTEM
The INERT GAS SYSTEM include IG01 Argon system, IG l00 Nitrogen system,IG55 Nitrgon and Argon mixed system, IG541 system.
Inert gas system which reduces the percentage of oxygen in the fire from 20.9% to under 15%, at which theoretically a fire is extinguished. The “total f1ooding” principle of saturation is applied.
By way of example,but not in a limitinsense,INERT GAS SYSTEM may be used against following types of fire hazards:
- EIectrical and electronic.
- Subfloors,false ceilings.
- Flammable and combustible liquids and gases.
- In bulidings with high-value equipment and instruments(CED, control rooms etc..).
- In buildings with high-value cultural assets (museums,libraries etc.).
- In control rooms.
The INERT GAS SYSTEM is however not recommended in the case of fire involving the following materials,unless the same have been tested to the satisfaction of the competent Authorities in the country where the system is installed:
- Chemicals or chemical mixtutes,such as cellulose nitrate and gunpowder,that are capable of rapid oxidation in the absence of air.
- Reactive metals such as lithium,sodium potassium,magnesium,titanium,uranium and plutonium.
- Chemicals capable of auto-thermal decomposition,such as certain organic peroxides or hydrazine.

The extinguishing agent used are noble, monatomic and chemically inert gas which is non-corrosive and colourless.
Argon and Nitrogen are environmental friendly gases and offer the following advantages:
Argon and Nitrogen do not modify the chemistry of air; they have zero value GWP and ODS,in other words it does not harm the ozone layer giving rise to the green house effect. Due to the fact that Argon does not react with other substance or compounds, no secondary contaminating substances are produced and it remains stable after use (it produces no effects whatsoever on the environment).
Argon and Nitrogen are not product of synthesis; reagents are not used for its production and it leaves no residues. Argon and Nitrogen gases are simply extracted from purified and dehumidified air by compression and liquefaction in special processing towers.

Argon and Nitrogen have acceptable power production cost; the power production costs for compressionand liquefaction is approx 1 Kwh/m3. The product is released almost pure and entailsnoadditionalrefining or treatment costs.

高压二氧化碳灭火系统
CO2 HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
二氧化碳自动灭火系统是一种理想的灭火设备,具有灭火速度快、效率高、无污染、用量省、毒性低等优点,适用于电子计算机房、图书馆、通讯电视机房、博物馆、飞机库、船舱、油库、静电油漆等重要场所。 二氧化碳灭火剂常态下无色、无味,喷放时呈白色雾状,无腐蚀。二氧化碳不能助燃,且可快速气化而无任何残留,同时使环境温度急剧下降,这也显著增强了二氧化碳的灭火效果。在充溢二氧化碳的环境里使人呼吸困难,因而当进入释放大量二氧化碳气体的房间时应该采取相应的安全防护措施。本灭火系统采用液态二氧化碳作为灭火剂,当环境温度为20℃时,储存压力为55bar。二氧化碳灭火系统启动方式为全自动式,由火警系统引发灭火剂喷射。通过系统控制面板发出专门指令,使阀门动作。除了自动启动功能外,还可手动启动和机械应急启动。系统的用量等参数通过相应计算确定,保证灭火,性能达到GBl6669要求。
根据不同的防火需要,我们提供全淹没或局部应用式二氧化碳灭火系统。
The carbon dioxide fire-fighting system is a kind of highefficientfireextingguishingequipment.It is of high efficiency,lower toxicity,non-pollution and wide application.So it can reliably provide fire protections for some important places for example,computer housescommunicationroomslibraries,museums,hangers,ships,oil storehouses oil storehouses and electrostatic spraying rooms etc.
CO2 is normally colourless,odourless and during distribution takes on the appearance of white vapour;it is non corrosive;Carbon dioxide,as opposed to air,does not contain asufficientquantity of oxygen to feed combustion;it vaporises rapidly without residue of any kind,causing a strong rop in temperature,a factor which increases the extinguishing effect of CO2 remarkably.
Humans cannot breathe in a setting saturated with CO2 and the due precautions should therefore be taken before entering a room where this gas has been distributed in large quantities.
The fire-fighting system uses carbon dioxide in its liquid state as its extinguishing agent,stored in cylinders at a pressure of approximately 55 bar and at 20℃.
The operating method is completely automatic thanks to the detection which causes the extinguishing agent to be discharged due to the electrical command and control panel and the special commands and automatic valves.In addition to the automatic operation,the system also features a mechanicalmanual and emergency actuation device.The sizing of the system and the quantities of CO2 aresuitablycalculated, guaranteeing extinguishing in accordance with GBl6669.
CO2 systems are available both as “total flooding”and “local application”for the dedicated protection against particular risks.
七氟丙烷灭火系统
HFC227 SYSTEM
HFC227灭火系统的灭火机理较为复杂,主要基于以下3种主要作用化学作用冷却作用降低氧气浓度。
HFC227灭火系统适用于十卜救以下火灾:
- 电器火灾;
- 易燃、可燃气体及液体火灾:
- 固体火灾:地板、吊顶;高价值的设备和装置的建筑物(如CED,控制室等);
- 高要求的文化场馆(图书馆,博物馆等);
HFC227灭火系统不适用于扑救以下火灾:
- 可在空气中迅速氧化的化学品或化学混合物,如硝酸纤维,火药等。
- 活性金属,如锂,钠,钾,镁,钛,铀,钚等。
- 自身可热分解的化学品,如某些有机过氧化物或氨化物。
HFC227灭火剂无色无味,不导电,密度大约是空气的六倍。即使相对较长时间地暴露于存在七氟丙烷气体的环境,人身也不会受到严重伤害,使用七氟丙烷灭火剂有足够的安全性。喷放后无残留。
HFC227气体的生理反应浓度:
NOAEL--9%
LOAEL=10.5%
NOAEL一无不良反应浓度,观察不到由灭火剂影响产生生理反应的灭火剂最大浓度。
LOAEL--有不良反应浓度,能观察到由灭火剂影响产生生理反应的灭火剂最小浓度。
The mechanism by which HFC 227 extinguishes is complicated.The simplest explanation is that three differentactionsoccur:a chemical action,which interrupts the combustion process between the fuel and the oxygen,a“cooling” effect and a displacement of oxygen.
HFC 227 may be used againstfollowing types of fire hazards:
- Electrical and electronic.
- Subfloors,false ceilings and other concealed spaces.
- Flammable and combustible liquids and gases (machinery spaces and cargo pump rooms).
- In buildings with high-value equipment and instruments( CED,control stations etc.).
- In buildings with high-value cultural assets (museums,libraries etc.).
- In control rooms.
The HFC 227 is however not recommended m the case of following materials.
- Chemicals or chemical mixtures,such as cellulosenitrate and gunpowder, thatare capable of rapid-oxidation in the absence of air.
- Reactive metals such as lithium,sodium potassium,magnesium,titanium,uranium and plutonium Metal hydrides.
- Chemicals capable of auto-thermal decomposition,such as certain organic peroxides or hydrazine.
The extinguishing agent HFC 227 is a odourless gas which does not conduct electricity and has a density that is approximately six times greaterthan that of air.It is an extinguishing agentwith lowtoxicity as far as gas goes,and it therefore provides sufficient security because it does not cause serious harm to persons even if they are exposed to it for relatively long periods of time.HFC 227 doesn’t leave anydirt or resldue,and it is not corrosive.
